Wellbeing and after school club
At Rillington we strongly advocate wellbeing, we see it as being fundamental to our health and overall happiness. Having a strong and well-adapted sense of wellbeing can help us overcome difficulties and help us achieve our goals in life... in short, having high levels of wellbeing helps us to be the best versions of ourselves. As a result we have pledged to offer wellbeing activities to all our pupils each afternoon, until 4pm as part of our wider curriculum.
From 3.15pm children can participate in different wellbeing activities throughout the week, these are provided at no cost to our families.
We offer an after school club:
The club is based in the school hall, from 4pm to 5.15pm children are escorted to the hall by school staff at the end of the wellbeing activities.
Parents need to collect their child from the main entrance any time up to 5.15pm, dependent on the number of sessions booked.
The cost to parents is £2 and booking in advance is essential.
There are a range of activities over the week for children to access, these are led by school staff.
Timings and costs:
Wellbeing starts at 3.15pm for and runs until 4pm - there is no cost for this session.
